These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from Prime Land Outdoor LLC ("Tacland," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in California. Tacland designs and sells portable robotic smart target systems and related accessories intended for use in connection with live-fire firearms training. Our products are not firearms and do not discharge projectiles. They are intended to be used downrange as targets by trained, responsible individuals who follow all firearm safety practices and applicable laws.

Firearms and live-fire activities involve inherent and serious risks, including the risk of property damage, serious bodily injury, and death. You understand and voluntarily accept these risks.

Prices and product information are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we may correct it, cancel the order, or contact you for instructions before processing.

You agree to pay all charges for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the prices in effect when the order is placed. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Shipping terms, methods, and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

Our products are covered by the limited warranty described in our Warranty Policy. That warranty is the only warranty we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Ballistic damage, impact damage, wear from use, and damage from misuse or modification are not covered.

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as expressly stated in the Warranty Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tacland and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, arising from your use of this site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tacland and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Prime Land Outdoor LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Tacland and Robotarget names and logos are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the design or operation of our products or software without our written permission.

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to resell products in violation of applicable law, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this site. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
